Randy Zahora is a serial entrepreneur, operator, and strategic advisor with more than 30 years of experience building, scaling, restructuring, and exiting businesses across multiple industries. His career has been defined by one consistent focus: helping organizations break through growth ceilings by redesigning how they operate, sell, and scale.

Unlike many advisors who come from purely academic or consulting backgrounds, Randy’s expertise was forged inside real businesses—under real constraints—with real payrolls, customers, and consequences. He has founded, acquired, scaled, and sold multiple companies, often growing them from zero to multi-million-dollar enterprises without outside financing.

Randy began his entrepreneurial journey in the early days of personal computing, with ownership stakes in PC networking and services companies and early PC clone manufacturing operations—well before the Dell era. From there, his experience expanded into enterprise workflow software serving Fortune 500 organizations, high-end residential construction in California and Illinois, home automation and commercial AV, import-export, options trading, and automotive customization businesses.

One of his most notable achievements includes scaling a custom automotive business nearly five times the revenue in just 12 months by restructuring operations, tightening procurement, and realigning sales strategy—without adding unnecessary complexity or headcount.

Across his career, Randy has repeatedly grown companies at sustained rates of 50%+ annually, bootstrapped organizations from startup to 135 employees, and established operations in Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, London, and Dubai.

After selling his second company to a $2B publicly traded organization, Randy served as Chief Marketing Officer, where he led the post-acquisition integration of 39 companies over three years.
